How to Cancel an Order on GoodSoul.co.in?

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel an order, kindly do so within 24 hours of placing it.

For cancellations initiated by you:

If you cancel your order before the product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

Cancellation after the product has been shipped:

If you’ve already received the product and there are defects, it will be eligible for refund after sharing the product proper images along with the reason.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used, and you can expect the refund within 10 working days from the date of order cancellation.

Return Policy:

If you believe you have received a damaged product or the packaging is compromised before delivery, kindly reject the package upon delivery and return it to the delivery person. Additionally, contact our customer care at +91 6355 548 388 or email us at info@goodsoul.co.in, mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure that the money is refunded at the earliest. Please ensure that the original product tag and packaging remain intact when you send the product back.

With the exception of the conditions mentioned above, the following products will not be eligible for return or refund:

Products displaying physical damage.

Products returned without all the original packaging and accessories, including any items that were originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
